Recently I acquired a heat spot (one of those red itchy spots u get from it being to warm or sweaty somewhere in ur body I believe) at the beginning of my penis just at the end of my pubic area at my pubes. It has since developed into what seems to be a lump, this is however, unnoticeable to the high unless it is actually felt/touched then u can notice it. I am unaware of how dangerous or fatal this could be and how stupid it'd seem to worry about this. Can anyone shed some light on what this might be? Thanks a lot x

Yikes well ok I dont think fatal comes into it - maybe you pulled a hair or maybe an ingrowing hair.
It is never ever Stupid to worry about these things lets hope you can get some appropriate diagnosis.

Is it possible to remove this myself or how do I identify that it is infact an ingrown hair?

I really wouldnt recommend trying to do it yourself :P It would only be an ingrown hair if you shave. If you dont shave then its not related and you should probably go see someone about it!

I would just leave it a bit and try not to poke or scratch it as that will just irritate it more. and the more you will notice it. If it's a spot it will just go away on its own.

go see a dr. only he/she can tell you what it is, and if it is something to be worried about or not

You could be having a reaction to something. Id say just go to a doctor just to be safe.
