So I was just thinking about stuff and a certain question
Came to my mind.
Is it wrong for a guy, to date his friends sister?
And for a girl,
To date her friends brother?
It just came across my mind so I figured I'd ask.

No, my girlfriend is the sister of my friend, we were friends before it also. It was her that instigated it with me because I didn't want to go there because of him. I explained to him what she was wanting and that she was interested in me & he said "do what you want, but if I was you, I wouldn't hahaha." He didn't really care that much and I think at one point he liked it but now he isn't bothered. In the end it matters how they themselves feel about it but I don't think it is wrong.

Not really, as long as everyone is cool with it, obviously.

I know that I wouldn't let my friends date my sister :P
It wouldn't be the most pleasurable experience.

I mean for me it would really depend on who he would be. But if some friend of mine and my sister were to be dating, and they have kids, I would be an uncle to my best friends kid. Which would be kinda awkward. I'd much rather just date a girl who isn't a friend of mines sister.

Depends.
For me, no. My friends sister are practically my sisters, so it would be weird.
For other people. Sure.

Why would it be wrong? It would be wrong to make friends with a dude so you could sleep with his sister, or vice verse, but it's not wrong if you have a friend and you like his sister in a good way and she likes you. Brothers that say no are either rlly over protective, incestous, not good friends or all three. It's perfectly innocent and sweet

It could depend on the situation, but overall I would say no

It depends on the situation, tbh, but I've seen it lead to broken friendships a lot.

Well, not at all. Just remember not to play with the guy/girl, as it could ruin the friendship. Then again, I wouldn't be overly excited if one of my friends wanted to date my little sister, mostly because 90% are kinda one night stand-ish/fwb with women.

I don't think it is. I would say probably the relationship that you have between the friend but that still falls under "no" and I wouldn't have a problem with it. I don't know, I mean, I don't know if the friend won't get upset or not.

It is kind of weird but no,there's nothing wrong with it, my friend has dated my sister and I was cool with it. As long as they don't ditch u to hang out together all the time 'cause then u'll be using your friend and your sibling

as long as everyone is cool with it, there isn't any reason you can't date the sibling of a friend.

it would depend on the situation and the nature of your friendship. i know of some that are friends and one is dating the others siblings, but they set some kind of rules so that whatever happens between the friend and sibling, it doesnt have an adverse affect on the friendship.

Spinning it around a little bit - I personally would never date a friend's brother. This just seems really awkward, especially given the fact that you will eventually split up at some point. Also, since I really don't have that many close friends....that complicates it even more for me.

It really depends on the relationship. I will say, it'd be pretty awkward if they ever broke up.
