Just do what feels right. I can't tell you what you should do because i don't know her, how she'd react, what you guys have together, how long you've known her for, common interests etc. Too many unknown variables to give you a real answer.

well, perhaps you should become friends with her first before thinking about making out with her :)
once you have a friendship going and can talk to her.. slowly other things will happen - if you let her know your intentions. but i think friendship is one of the most important things in a relationship
