Yeah, like others have said, just try to switch into a new class. Otherwise you will just be distracted the whole time which can lead to other bad things and also if you were to have to give something like a presentation in front of the class, it could end badly.

If you're really concerned about your grades, ask to be transferred. But the quickest solution is to masturbate before going to her class, I guess. I know it's not the best idea (don't hate on me), but it'll keep you going without any more distraction. Just be very careful and discrete.
