So when I get a boner my foreskin dosent go back to form like that hat think on the top. Is this normal or is my foreskin just really long.

Pretty normal, either your foreskin is too tight or too long. Both of which can be fixed manually, so not to worry. My friend has pretty tight foreskin, when I try to roll it down it only goes about half way down the head of his penis :P

If you could retract the skin, the foreskin is long. If not, it is penile phimosis, circumcision would help.
