What to wear under wrestling singlet

The title pretty much says it all. If it helps, I am in Europe and take part in mostly Greco-Roman and Freestyle wrestling.

well if they have you wear something, it will probably be a jock, some type of brief, or some sort of compression short. you living in europe would actually have a better idea

I usually dont wear anything but when I do, its just a jock. Plain and simple.

I'm no wrestler (not with my size..I used to be skinny and now grown a bit skinny-fat and unfit)......Wear briefs underneath..it will give u mobilty and support...and let you change without feeling exposed without a changing room...
