Am i going through another growth spurt?

Lately my knees have started to ache and i am getting random erections way more often. I'm wondering if I'm going through a growth spurt or if you have experienced something similar.

well the more random erections is just about of puberty. but yea there is a good chance you are going through a growth spurt

Yeah, I figured that out a couple years ago. There was a period for what feels like almost a year where i just didn't get them, which is what made me curious.
