Urinary Tract Infections and Sex

I've only had 2 sexual partners, and only recently started having sex on a regular basis. However, I know a number of friends who have been having sex longer and many of them have gotten urinary tract infections. Doesn't seem to be serious, but wondering what you can do to prevent it if you start having sex more frequently? Thanks!

You should urinate before and after sex to avoid them. Also showering before and after sex. Cranberry juice helps get rid of them! xx
