id say it all depends on how messy your dream was, but personally i just clean up, change my clothes then shower in the morning.

I've never gotten one because I jerk off before I sleep. I would definitely shower after having one, whether you have school the next day or not. I would rather just be clean and smell nice in the morning, anyway.
