The feeling of being ready to cum is definitely similar to the feeling of being ready to pee but at the same time subtely different, just as the feeling of cum flowing through your penis on its way out is also similar to feeling pee flowing through your penis on the way out but also different, not least because there are extra contractions to push the cum out and of course the orgasm that goes with it.

As to what to do when you get to that point it is up to you. If you want to cum sooner rather than later as you don't have much time then go with it as soon as you feel it.
