So I'm 15, in 9th grade and I need help pronto.
Firstly, I'm homeschooled. My mom is usually a great teacher( one of my sisters is becoming an English professor and one is a biologist) but somehow I got really behind.
I had to be held back last year because I was so far behind in math( I'm doing pre algebra -_-) and that's because we were having family issues all throughout my middle school, so I couldn't keep my mind on school.
I was wondering if you knew of any free sites that help with pre algebra,( I'm struggling with unit conversion) grammar( the curriculum I'm using makes little sense to me) or science( the book is use is literally so hard, my parents can't figure it out) chemistry or biology will work, just something.
Also, any writing help is also good. If possible, help with paragraphs.
I know this sounds stupid, or that my mom isn't teaching me well, but she has a lot on her mind and I was the one slacking off in years prior to this.
I keep hearing that if I get a bad grade, I'll fail collage.
I really need help, so anything will work, even if it's middle school level.
Needs to be free and online.
Thanks :/

Im pretty sure that Khan Academy is free and I use it for my calculus class. Im 99% sure you can find whatever you need on there.

Khan Academy, like Jess mentioned, is really helpful and useful. Also, if you're falling behind, maybe you could try a more solid curriculum like online schooling? This way you wouldn't have to go to a public school and would get to stay in the same environment, but there may be more help offered and the teachers would have more experience. You could try something like K12 if you can't afford/don't want to pay for online schooling because I'm pretty sure that they offer free alternatives. You can also try online tutoring.

It's pretty much all been said already, Khan Academy is (apparently) really helpful and online tutoring/schooling would be handy. Even if so, if find out what the curriculum is for where ever you live, I'm sure that you can easily purchase textbooks and learn like that. I assume that you are somewhat good at self teaching yourself, but I'm not sure how homeschooling works really, I'm not sure if I'm thinking this too easy, but I hope the best for you. c:

Like everyone said, Khan Academy is the best way to go, with it I skipped 3 years of math

Khan Academy is totally the way to go, it's free and the lessons are really easy to understand. They do a great job of breaking down concept and taking you through step by step.
