Guys eyes tend to gravitate towards boobs, sometimes (a lot of the time) subconsciously. Just today i was staring at the girl across the table's boobs because she was leaning forward and i could right see down her shirt, then i woke up and realized what i was doing. haha Of course, not everyone has the ability to be as scatter-brained as me so maybe he does know he does it.

Guys liking boobs is a deeper animal instinct - its been found that generally, bigger boobs means that the female has a better chance of looking after that males offspring.
i know we don't actually think of it that way.. but that's how biology works.

but of course simplified - they are boobs, and most males are visually driven, meaning that we always are curious to know whats under those clothes.. and what we're "not supposed" to look at.
