People can not control the size of their body parts, everyone is unique and different. Nothing you can do to change that.

Tits are genetic so that can't help the size or maybe they haven't reached that stage in puberty. Butts are bug because they did exercise to tone them; they are not genetic in most cases

More testosterone = larger dick; more estrogen = larger breasts. In case your unaware, estrogen is the female equivalent to testosterone. They are both the main hormone that influences your sexual development and also heavily influences your sexual urges.

Guys have testosterone.
Girls have estrogen.

Testosterone influences penis size, and other male body characteristics.
Estrogen influences breast size, and other female body characteristics.

Water contains estrogen.

You can not really control the size and proportions of your body. Maybe 'fatter' people are more likely to have bigger boobs, cause boobs also just are lumps of fat but you cant choose or change that really.

It's called genetics. They can change the size of their breasts as much as you can breathe without oxygen. The only way is a surgery but... Lets not go there

It depends on the girl. Some of us have bigger ones, some smaller. Genetics play an important part on it. Girls that take the pill frequently also can grow larger ones.

The size of a body part comes down to what your parents had and genetic's I dont know what chromosone does it but most likely the fat or muscle chromosone
