Hey I've had the past week of school as it is half term and I have not once left my room as I have been feeling really ill. This is really not like me as i usually go out early in the morning and come back late at night. Now school is starting again today and yesterday I was ill (vomiting, diarear) and my mum isn't allowing me the day off school? She's doing this thing where she's telling me I can have the day off but she's going to call the school and say I'm not coming in because I'm a lazy shit? Any help please as school starts in one hour?

If it were me and I was in this situation, I would ask her to take me to the doctor. Usually people who are ditching and are not really sickly try to avoid this. I know each situation is different. Sorry that you aren't feeling well. Get better soon.

a kid in my class was sick once. teacher refused to let him go. the kid vomits all over the teacher's desk. that is the last time they refused to let someone go and get checked out .
as CELT said try going to the doctors. if they find out your that sick at school though they will send you home. it would force your mom to have to go and pick you up and realize just how sick you are.
sorry about your situation. it is no fun being sick and have a parent like that who is beig just unreasonable

Yesterday...well...technically today, I threw up 3 times, got knocked out, was involved in a 40mph motorcycle crash and I still made it to college...metal as fuck...As far as I'm concerned you should only take a day off if you've lost a leg or something. But that's just me.
If you REALLY do think you need a day off, and are GENUINLY very sick, then simply refuse to go, what do you care what your mum tells the school? What are they gonna do? You are allowed to have time off if your sick, your mums just being a bitch about it.

I got to be honest I would not want to sit in class all day next to someone who is puking and as diarrhea . maybe you do or don't care if you subject to others around you who have it. but for most people who are even sick like that, it is nice to stay home. I know around here the school would send you home, the same with most places of employment.
kudos for you for only thinking you should miss school if you lost a leg though . but if someone is puking and has diarrhea I would say that is GENUINLY sick

Not being funny but I came here for advice, not for you to call my mum a bitch...
And it's illegal to refuse to go to school?

No, if you're sick, you don't have to go. Teachers and so on may not like it, but they can't do a damn thing, if you're sick, your sick, and they can deal with it. Don't put yourself out for anyone else, even more so in a situation like this, focus on your own health, and then school. Get better.
(and to be honest, the way you portrayed your mum she does kinda sound a bit bitchy, and fairly harsh)

Cosmic and Celt are right. You don't need to go if you're sick (and seriously you do sound rlly sick, get well soon) and you should see a doctor. I'm sorry your mom is being so unreasonable about this.
