when i was in highschool i just used to make sure that i wore tight-ish undies and had my penis lay vertical with my stomach so that any boners would 'go up' into the waist band :)

Well im in color guard and my instuctor makes us preform with jazz pants (for guys) so a hard on is pretty noticeable, so i just wear like compression shorts or ssomething tight that isnt noticible

You could get a hoodie, which is what I'd do, that is too big and wear an oversized hoodie to cover the boner. That depends on if you like those kinds of hoodies but... I'd also tuck it up in the waistband of my jeans and keep the hoodie there so nobody would see it peeking out... lol
