I have always thought a guy in my class is cute, but he seems kind of "close" and he doesn't talk that much to the other students at all - although there is nothing wrong about his attitude, he just tends to be really silent.
Anyway, whenever I see him smile and open up I find myself looking a lot at him, and a few days ago right before a course exam he locked eyes with me for a little while and smiled, and I got shy and quickly looked away.
Then he walked up to me and asked me how I felt about the exam, and he had very kind and "dreamy" eyes and talked to me in a dark, slow and soft voice.
Then he lightly put his hand on my arm, smiled and wished me luck.
A few days later we said hi to each other at the end of a lesson, and he started chatting with me in general about school stuff, and I noticed that he was standing quite close to me, and very slightly leaning towards me, and he acted exactly like he had done before the exam, with a calm, sweet voice and sweet eyes - and he seemed slightly nervous, smiled shyly all the time, laughed quickly and nervously a few times, and often fingered the collar on his shirt and ran his fingers through his hair pretty often, almost as if he was trying to look good for me or something - at least that's the impression I got.
Then he asked me what I was going to do in the weekend, and I said I hadn't really decided, and he mentioned a place at school that I "should visit some time".
Do you think he is he flirting with me, or is he just being extra friendly?
