Most of the boys in my year are really skinny and have like 'no fat' and have six packs I'm nearly 16 and am still slightly fat and don't have much mussle. I want a six pack but I'm wondering what to do. Help? I also feel really lonely because all the other guys have party's and I'm never invited and I feel people ignore me on messenger.

If you eat less and better and exercise a lot, especially doing sit ups, that might give you a six pack. The guys you're talking about are just built that way naturally. I'm built that way, but it doesn't really matter because I have a shirt on 99% of the time I'm around others.

I am in good shape but it is not like I have super defined sex packs. now if you want to build up muscle you have to make sure you eat less of the junk and more healthy, protein for muscle. lots of abs exercises. but it is going to take a while man, they do not happen over night

What you need to do: eat vegetables, lean proteins, complex carbs. Reduce your caloric intake by 20%, do at least 20 min of cardio everyday (30 to 45 preferably) Sit ups are a smal plus but it's cardio and good nutrition that will get you abs.

Run or do some kinds of other cardio regularly. Than work out your abs with sit ups, planks, and so on. Hard work but it will pay off

Well its a wonderful room to discuss about exercise. I also try to do lot of exercise daily and try to eat less quantity meal to maintain my fitness and weight. For health it is best to eat less but healthy food.

I agree I do lots of sports so cardio is good like running or something but yeah do some activities at your school and be more involved then you will eventually get invited to the parties :)

A lot of people who work out regularly say "and are made in the kitchen" meaning that a lot of obtaining abs has to do with your diet. I would primarily cut back on carbs, and stop eating preserved/processed food as a start. Don't eat anything the cavemen wouldn't have been able to eat or make with what they could eat is my general rule of thumb. Do that and your diet isn't natural for your body. Also start doing cardio workouts and ab muscle work outs like sit-ups/crunches. Good luck.

Sports conditioning training along with working on a cattle farm has helped me develop a well toned body. Proper conditioning training and good diet should put you in the right direction for development. Remember when there is no pain there is no gain. Be prepared for some ach and pain, and lots and lots of stinky sweat.

Mikey has hit the nail on the head, PLUS do some weight lifting.
He gave me this advice earlier in the year and I lost 30 lbs since June. Trust me it works.

During early teens many of us non-obese guys tend to have "abs". They are not real muscle but they show up 'cos we haven't got any fat in our bodies...But as puberty progresses 90% of us get filled out and lose their abs unless they work on them by way of crunches etc...
Recently I myself have put on some weight after being stick skinny all my life with abs and stick like limbs. From the 1st day my GF found she could pinch a bit of a love handle to now my waist has gone form 26" to 35" and weight frm 48kg to 63kg in just 2 yrs!!!. Now my "abs " are gone and I have a hint of a tummy and a roll of chub there.
Yeah.. It feels awkward that I'm no longer skinny. Esp whn changing, shirtless in public but that's life.

If it makes you feel better, since they are skinny as you say it took less work to get a six pack. So don't always think of them like they are some studs or something. It is easy to get a six pack when your skinny and more admirable when you got a little bit more fat burned by getting that six pack.

Don't think your lack of abs at 15 as the end of the world. There's more people with a little pudge than hard bodybuilders, specally growing up. Plus you can get muscular at any age, and if you count on your muscles to get girls or invited to parties, this will only shows your insecurity more. Be happy with your body and find a deeper reason in why you want to wok out, that's another big key to sucess.

It's all in the diet.

Just eat healthy and make sure you exercise daily. I do 50 sit-ups a day. On top of playing football, swimming when I can and going for a run every morning. That's helps a lot

I've got a very plain, athletic slim figure. Some of the guys i play sport with have six packs, but it's nothing anyone seems to care about.

i find the amount of -not even 18 years old- boys wanting a six pack rather alarming. It's very unlikely than any of you, teen guys have abs because of muscle devlopment rather than the lack of bodyfat due to the fact that you're still growing. And anyway, who gives a damn about abs abyway, working out is more than just wanting to look "good", it's a lifestyle.

When you are so skinny that you have abs, that doesnt count. To me people only have abs if they work for them
