Nowadays, there's nothing that my parents told me not to watch.

When I was younger they restricted a lot of movies that had at least sexual innuendos. One particular movie that I watched was Scary Movie 4. I watched it when I was 11 or 12 I think, at a friend's house. They also didn`t like Jim Carrey, so maybe "Yes Man" goes on the list as well :| They really discouraged drama as well.

Also, of couse, all X-rated stuff :P

Ever since I got into piracy their wills were irrelevant. I could, and still can, watch anything I desire.

Yep. I know my parents had good reason for me to watch certain things but I was mature enough for it in my(15yr old lol) opinion.
One movie I know they would never allow is "Van Wilder Freshman Year'...its a good movie..and like you...i got into piracy...and well..i can also watch what I want at my desire.. It's a bad habit...but it is fun :D

Airplane is great. I was never not aloud to see it. I didn't really have access to the movie since we didnt have it. I saw it just a couple years ago, one of my all time favorites now.

I'm allowed to see a lot, as long as they're there with me, in case I get scared. :P One film though, which I'm not allowed to see, but saw with my friend anyway, is Basic Instinct. The reason I'm not allowed to see it is not because of the infamous "beaver" scene, but the violence is pretty ugly. Good thriller, though.
