What does it mean when a user is frozen on here? :confused:

A freeze means that you're temporarily banned for VT, usually for a week. Users can be frozen...


On request, usually to take a time off VT;
By an accumulation of infractions/infraction points (breaking the rules too much);
Advertising, where bots are frozen by sectional moderators so senior staff can ban them.

I think that's right.

This is correct. You will also see users frozen if they join before the age of 13; the freeze in this case will usually last a year, until they are 13 years of age.
