My Best Friend

Alright, this really isn't for help, I just wanna talk about my best friend! haha. Alright so last year I met my best friend, but we weren't really best friends, we just got to know each other. And so for 6 months we were just friends getting to know each other and then right when I didn't think about becoming best friends and I decided to open up to him, bam we became best friends. I said I wanted a little brother (he's two years younger than me) and he said he wanted an older brother, so we were like, "BROTHERS!" hahaha. He doesn't have a phone, so we had to get to know each other in person which is really nice to watch both of our reactions when we share a lot of the same interests. We both opened up to each other throughout the weeks when we became best friends. Now I can get really gullible, so he takes advantage of it and always makes me fall for his jokes. He doesn't cuss at all to people, but he's gotten so comfortable around me that he does, I mean he is so open to me he has no filters to what he says, and I'm always like, "Ohh my gosh Bryce!" :P haha So we act like brothers way too much. So many people actually think we are brothers. We hang out a lot too, and do some fun crazy things. We went to the mountains on my grandpas ranch just the two of us, and in the middle of the night we went streaking on the ranch, that's how close we are. So we do fun weird stuff like that. And just overall our friendship/brotherhood is really tight and awesome. It's so funny since the other day we got in a little fight and he was like, "You know, only true friends get in fights!" and I started laughing because he was so excited we got in a fight. I love my little brother!

So just a little update, we had some intense moments the other day just showing each other what we are doing wrong and stuff, and after that our friendship is even better than ever!!! You can see him on my profile picture btw: or in my pics, if you wanna see my best friend.

It's great having strong relationships such as yours. They don't come around very often, but when they do are very special. I've had a few great friendships like yours. My closest friends and I don't text much either, despite having phones. We do text and send things to each other, but we do almost all of our "real talking" or deep talking in person. I always find conversation is so much better that way, and you get to really connect with the person, in a way you can't over text.

So here's an update on my best friend today! So lately I've been feeling super alone and with him too, and I think it's because so many people have been telling me to keep my emotions in and not let him see it because his father died two months ago, and so it would be bad that he would see me hurt when he's already hurt. Well it got to me so much that I pretty much broke down today telling him that I am hurt too and I'm done being just a guidance to him. I told him I wanna be fully open and wanna walk life with my best friend and he responded, then let's walk the walk! And of course before that I was opening up to him and getting help from him too. Gosh, I love my best friend a lot! He's my little brother practically!!!!
