I'll try to keep this short, but me and my close friend (Male) have been close for years now, and starting a little over a year ago, we got close sexually. Not like we date or anything, but anything sexual we want to admit or some small experimental thing, we turn to each other. It's just our thing I guess. Being curious dumb guys.
All we've really done as of now is give each other handjobs, until recently. My friend wanted to know what it was like to stick his dick in my butt. Not like full on sex, but stick it in once, take it out, done. When the event happened, we went as far as putting his dick halfway in my butt, taking it out, and calling it over.
Basically I guess my main question is whether or not I lost my virginity. I guess I don't know the exact way to lose it. I wasn't intending to lose it, but I'm also not avoiding it. Did I lose it? How exactly do you lose your virginity?
Also, I don't know if I put in too much explicit info, and I'm sorry if I did.

I'd say you didn't. I mean like, to lose your virginity you have to have sex and that's not really sex. Although virginity for males is kind of a mental thing rather than a physical thing because obviously we don't have a hymen.

Well I would say yes because penetration did occur but even though it wasn't actually conventional sex I would say your no longer a virgin

Well, I would say NO. Me and my best friend have done the same thing. We have talked about it, and still consider ourselves virgins. I guess we are waiting until someone cums to think it is different.

I have been in a similar scenario for a few years XD By Google's definition, technically yes. However in the end it's really up to you.

I believe as long as you didn't use your own sexual organ to have sex, oral or anal, you're still a virgin.

Honestly, the technical thing is : If there was penetration, then yes you have. It may've not been actual conventional sex but you did. Most people say : Oh, you haven't, you can only lose it to the opposite sex "( Guy and a Girl basically ).... TRYING NOT TO BE GRAPHIC Well, you can anally penetrate the opposite sex too. That being said, you technically aren't a virgin. It's harder for males to really know if they've lost their virginity because ( as someone has said ), we don't physically change ( unlike girls who do ) and for us guys, its more mental than physical. Anyway, Hope this helps

You lost your anal virginit, nothing else. Your friend lost nothing.
To lose your normal virginkty you need to insert your penis into a girls vagina

Did I lose my virginity?
I'd say that losing one's virginity occurs after intercourse. The next question is what you'd define as that - vaginal, anal or oral, etc. Some people would consider any or all of those as intercourse and hence that one would not be a virgin afterwards. Others would probably lean more towards penetrative intercourse as being the cause for loss of virginity, which happened in the scenario you mentioned. The definition will differ for different people - lesbians would not have the same intercourse as homosexual men, as an example.
Being males, I agree with Catholic Guy and CrazyPerson101, that you did indeed lose your virginity in this instance - probably from the aspect of it being invasive, penetrative sex.
I would say yes you have but it's something you really need to talk about with your friend to make sure you are on the same page and to see if you both think ypu did or not

To me, as someone who has had sex, i would say no. I don't see that as you losing your virginity. I think it needs to be proper penetration until completion (ejaculation) before it can be considered losing your virginity. That's just my opinion, i may be wrong, but that's how i see it anyway.

Did I lose my virginity?
In my opinion (and this is just my opinion), I'd say you did lose your virginity. It's just like when you're stroking your penis, then you stop after a few strokes; technically you did still masturbate. I hope you get it.
