I'm 17, and I have plenty of pubic hair, and the very wispy beginnings of a happy trail, but I only have to shave about once every two weeks, does that mean I have a lot more to go developmentally or just that everything else is filling out first and shaving will come last?

Every one is different. It depends on you genetic make up

My eldest bro is 20 and he only shaves his face every few days but would be very hairy everywhere else - shaves pits and pubes,

some people even when they are older just do not have to shave very often. so it is perfectly normal

It only means that you grow hair on that area faster. Some guys don't even have to shave down there as they are not hairy, whereas other guys do. I mean, you can say you are going through puberty faster or longer, as usually hairy bodies comes later in guys in puberty, but really that is just how some guys are.

Some people change differently during puberty so just wait and you'll get there.
