red marks on my leg?

ITS NOT HERPES :D It takes anywhere from days to weeks I believe

It could be friction burns. Are they like scabs?

Kinda like scabs kinda brownish some of them.

to me it sounds like you've been biten and its got infected and spreaded trying to get to the nerest gland .....oh and im speaking from personal experiance there
