So I guess I was hoping for some good old fashioned anonymous Internet advice.

I've been dating this girl now for 5 months and she is incredible. I have realized that recently that she is different, and that I love her. I told her and she returned my feelings and all is great.

Now I am hoping that someone can tell me whether I'm being unreasonable or not.
She's going to a Halloween party with friends from her school (we've recently graduated) dressed as a cheerleader, now it legitimately doesn't bother me because it's not a slutty costume and I trust her.
What does bother me is that she seems hesitant to invite me due to the fact that "it's a small party and it's close friends and I don't want it to be awkward"
I'm not sure how close these friends are but she hasn't seen them in about 10 months which is strange but whatever.
So I then offered to pick her up from this party as she doesn't have a ride home and it's about 45 mins + away.
She denied that vehemently because apparently these people gossip and she doesn't want me driving that far to pick her up, even when she knows I don't mind.

Now I guess my problem is, it doesn't seem that she's being completely straight up with me and I have no idea why that would be the case. It seems to me like she doesn't want me near this party, even as just an anonymous car that picks her up and takes her home.
I'm pretty laid back and honestly I wouldn't care if she didn't want me there because she isn't ready for me to meet her friends or whatever, as long as she was honest and said that was the case.

Now I'm aware that I am overly stressed at the moment and bordering on a stress breakdown so I'm not sure if I'm looking into this too much so I haven't brought it up. However it's bothering me a lot admittedly just because she doesn't appear to be being honest (but perhaps that's me misreading the situation).

So am I being unreasonable?
Should I bring it up in a careful way so that she doesn't think its like a trust issue or something? Because I do actually trust her, I'm just a bit bummed because to me it appears that she's not being completely upfront with me...

Thanks all :)

well if you do trust her then let it go. I don't think you are being unreasonable. depending who is going to be at the party, I guess it might be awkward (then again, I have never been afraid to bring a girl with me to a party).it seems like she really doesn't want you to come and to be honest that would make me want to ask a few questions.

but you say you trust her so if you keep asking questions that is an indication (at least to her) that you don't trust her.
