i'm addicted to nicotine.i cant stop it.but i want to stop it.i don't smoke.i take tobacco directly.its very powerful.more than 5 cigarets.it wark as heroin.but now i think my brain was stopped working. i cant think anything.and my head is hurting.pleas tell me a way to stop that shit.

More of an addiction than a mental crisis I'd think! I've neer heard of people using it that way. Wy did you start?
I don't really have good advice besides the same way people stop smoking. You can find a lot of techniques for stopping smoking online but nicotine addiction is a b*tch to stop anyway, from what I've heard.
