Penis help!

Hello im 17 i have diabetes and since a few days ago red spots have shown up up on the head of my penis and i need to pee 24/7 im not sure what to do i went to the doctors twice but nothing happened. also i havent had sex for a while. (ps. sorry if in wrong section just need help and im new too this forum)

Right so I went to the doctors after i had tight forskin, ugre to pee, spots on the head of the penis and pussy discharge from the head of the penis and she looked at my penis and she thought i had male thrush or balanitis so she gave me antibiotics and trush cream... the discharge went and the spots and the urge to pee went but the tight forskin stayed but now the urge to pee and the spots are back help!

go back to the doctor. if you think it is super serious, even find a clinic open 7 days a week (not the hospital unless you do feel it is that serious). but you should def try to get back with your doctor asap

So, you might have thrush again. To prevent that, you need to have a bit better hygiene down there. You mentioned that you had a tight foreskin, so thats probably why. Go back to the doctor for more antibiotics and cream and also point out that you have quite a tight foreskin and it's something you want fixed. They can provide steroid creams to help and with some manual stretching, that should help out the foreskin (You shouldn't need a circumcision).
