ARGS!
Okay, so for about...6-9 mos. (cant remember) I have had this rash on my right arm. Its right on the part of my arm where your biceps are located. It is a somewhat red, raised, circular patch that does not it. It only itches if I touch it too much. Also, the skin is usually dry. Does anyone have any ideas. Physically it does not bother me but I want to see whats wrong because when I went to a water park I found myself trying to hide it because it looks disgusting. Any thoughts?

I would see a doctor. Being raised suggests to me that it's not just typical dry skin, and since you seem a bit self-conscious about it, it'd probably be best to find out for sure what it is asap. I don't think it's anything to really worry about, and if it seems to you like it's not warranting a visit to the doctor, try putting lotion on it. Twice a day, should help clear things up if it really is dry skin, though typically that wouldn't raise up, it'd itch a bit, and it might even peel. Doesn't sound quite like what you're going through. I'd say your best bet is to see the doctor, to see if this will go away on its own or if you need to do something to help it out.

Seriously, you need to go see a doctor, because it could be something, but it could be just some random thing that will go away if you put some cream stuff on it. I'vehad experience with something like this before.
About three years ago, I found some stuff that looked like fungus in between my toes, and I told no one about it until two years later, when no one new what it was. It looked gross and I was always afraid to take my shoes off or wear sandals, Also, there was one time when I was in the car, and then I suddenly heard someone talking about foot disease stuff and AIDS or something like, that and got really freaked out. Eventually (Very recently, about three years after first discovering it, I got it checked and it turne out it was a wart.
So, seriously, go get it checked out.
