Pushups don't work out your biceps.... Only your triceps, chest and some delts. Antagonistic pairs brah.

1. How do you quickly get rid of pimples? Wash your face after eating oily foods. Stop current pimples from getting big as they spread. Wash your face before you sleep and when you wake up because thats when your face is the most oiliest.

2. How do you bet bigger bisects? Go to the gym. Bicep curls, hammer curls, training your back also trains your biceps because of antagonistic pairs. So pull ups will train your biceps and lats, seated rows, upright rows, lat pull downs or wide grip close grip and triangle too. You could also do reverse bicep curls to train your biceps. But you should also incorporate training triceps because you dont want your arm to look our of proportion. Remeber, the most size from your arms comes from your triceps and not your biceps. It's a common misconception. Your tricep is 3 muscles where as your bicep is only 2.

3. What did you do to get bigger bisects? They'll get bigger over puberty. But you should go to a gym or use weights at home. I go to a gym though.

4. How much hair do u have around your penis? I keep it shaved for hygiene purposes.
