I've been VERY depressed for the past few days since my dog died. Well now I'm even more depressed, I've lost motivation to do most daily things. Monday: My dog is put to sleep after 14 years of being for my family. Tuesday: I grieved for my dog and I began to feel like crap. Today, I was sexually abused at church... of all places, it had to be there.... and some other drama. I feel so alone in this, I have friends who talk to me and help me out. I'm filled with so many emotions and I just feel so.... Idk... I need help, I don't think I'll do anything I'll regret but I have been thinking about and that scares me :(

oh my gosh I am so sorry to hear that. Ryan, if you were sexually abused, you need to tell someone. either your parents, teachers, the police directly, you have to get someone who can help you. not only to help you, but to hopefully prevent it from it happening to someone else

that is so much to deal with man, don't try to do it alone

I honestly can't handle anymore drama atm, I would but I've been raped before , and honestly, Ireally don't care one way or the other about the sexual abuse. I mean I do but telling someone isn't gonna help, it'll just cause more trouble and I don't want all that. I've just recently told my mother I was raped .... 4 years ago and she was shocked and said the same thing but I can deal with it, nothing is put in front of you you can't handle, it maybe tough but you can get through it. That's what I keep telling myself.

I know it is hard to talk to people about this, trust me I know, but you have to tell someone, if you don't and just keep it inside, it will only get worse for you. You did not do anything wrong. Tell a good friend, parent,someone, to protect yourself and protect someone else from having it done to them. That is what I did. Wasn't easy but I felt better afterwards.

That's brutal, but I will sing the same song again: life is brutal. You just get over it and go on, humans can overcome most anything, death, abuse, war, disaster and yet you live on, because this life is all that we have.
