You can make it shoot, commonly mistaken and called the PC muscles it's actually your BC muscles which contract to squirt the cum. It's the same ones you use when trying to piss, so if you can, when you pee try to stop the stream and repeat. Now you've located it (it's also the one which you can feel at the base of your scrotum) you can work it out and Over time this will get easier because your working out those muscles and so you should be able to squirt more. Also, if you don't drink enough, it makes your cum less runny.

Finally try to edge when jerking off. Go almost to the point of orgasm and then stop and wait for a bit. Then do it again. After 3-4 times your orgasm will feel much better and squirt more cum.
