My erect length is about 6.5 inches
My soft length is about 2.5 inches, sometimes 3.
I think my erect girth is about 4 or 5 inches.

How to measure penis length
Penis length should only be measured when you have a full erection. After achieving an erection take a ruler and place it right next to your small friend. Then press the ruler gently inside your fat tissue. With this gently push you will probably gain 1-3 cm or even more if you are fat :)
Generally the size of the erection depends on some factors including the time of the day and how aroused you are. So in order to take 100 % reliable results it is better if you take 3 different measures:
•one in the morning

•one in the noon

•and one in the evening

Then sum these three numbers up and divide them by three. This way you will have a number that is as close as possible to your true penis length

I am not sure why he would want to know the answer. The simplest way to get a reasonably accurate answer if it doesn't resemble a perfect cylinder is by displacement. Essesntially you need a mug or jar whose height is longer than your penis. You fill the jar with water and weigh it on a pair of digital scales set to grams and note the weight. Now you kneel over the jar and lower your penis into it so that some of the water overflows the jar. Have your penis in whatever state you want the volume for and push it all the way in until the top of the jar is touching you. Withdraw your penis, get up and weigh the jar again, this time with the reduced amount of water in. Subtract the second weight from the first and you have the number of grams of water displaced which happens also to be the number of ml (cc) and this is also the volume of your dick. If you want that in some other unit then convert it.

Of course, the same technique is applicable to any complex shape and is usually quicker than trying to divide it into a number of simple shapes, calculating the volume of each separately and summing.
