I dont think either is healthy or unhealthy.

I like to trim mine though every now and then, it looks nice and tidy lol

I guess hair technically is slightly more likely to retain bacteria, but it makes no real difference unless you have truly horrendous hygiene.

i trim, just to keep it neat, and so it doesnt stick out of my speedo's

I guess hair technically is slightly more likely to retain bacteria, but it makes no real difference unless you have truly horrendous hygiene.

Well, wait on that...the second part of my sentence is truest. Unless you never wash, the chances that trimming would be "healthier" are infinitesimal.

I am completely hairless. Not that I had much, but right now the only hair I have is on top of my head.

there is no difference really. as long as you keep yourself clean, then its not really healthier either way. if you didn't clean yourself, you would probably collect a bit of nasty stuff there as someone else has said, but really it doesn't matter at all.
