My screen is messed up

Ok I'm viewing a screen at a different angle and at random times it will blackout. There are 2 possibilities, One video card failure, or screen failure. Also I can't access the screw because the head is screwed up. Any ideas?

I suppose you're talking about a notebook. Maybe it's just some lose wiring that can be easily fixed.

Probably, however when I try to jiggle the wires It seems it didn't do anything

are we talking black as in completely shut off, or blank as in on but displaying nothing?

if it's the former, it's probably a frayed wire. if it's the latter it's likely a video driver issue.
