I've been dealing with severe depression for 3 years and lately the physical side of is becoming unbearable. It's a horrible feeling in my stomach that occasionally makes it harder to breathe. Can anyone relate?
I can't find enjoyment in anything anymore, nothing interests me, and I feel like there's no way out. If anyone feels the same please tell me what helps for you. (Other than medication)

You could maybe find a hobby. Doing things you love can take your mind off the bad times.

I can totally relate. What you have is an illness that needs to be treated. There's things I do that makes me feel a little better, like sleeping, rocking back and forth (autism thing), listening to music, posting on forums, going for walks. That stuff helps a little. Oh and massages. My dad gives me rub downs because I feel so achy.

I can relate, I'm feeling the exact same way. Depression is so misunderstood, like most people don't know it can be a physical sickness as well. Just try to enjoy life

I deal with depression all the time. Just have to do certain things to fight it. Don't worry too much or be negative. Things always happen for a reason, you don't always know the whole picture, and sometimes you know the whole picture but can't see or understand it. Become a better person by understanding that not everyone is perfect, and it's fine to be upset. Find something you enjoy doing and love yourself and ignore anyone who tries to be negative towards you. Most of the time it is just jealousy. You'll be alright. :)

I completely relate to this - I often get a really sore jaw from being so tense. I also used to really enjoy music, but now I find no comfort or enjoyment in it, not in the way I used to.
What usually helps me is just getting stuck in with homework/school stuff and trying to forget about it, although this isn't particularly effective

For me personally, nothing works. I just have to endure it and go on.

Hot baths and naps work wonders for me. Warm tea or milk. A short walk.

This may sound insane but actually letting it show if you're alone, like other than bawling my eyes out, I actually let myself show what ever pain I'm in on my face. It's a great way to externalize it. I find that for the physical effects the best way to cope is physically externalizinf it. you can always go classic like writing or "drawing" (for me it's just seeing where the pen goes). Just hang in there

For me, music helps a ton. I write music and that always helps. Its my way of letting go, and actually feeling something. Finding a hobby is always helpful, just immerse yourself in it and forget about everything else.
