I have allays wondered
what age is considered acceptable for someone to fancy without one of them being a prev I mean what sort of an age difference would be considered acceptable like 2 years 5 years 10 years 7 years
to be clear the only people i fancy right now are only ever 2 years plus or minus but im still curious

My last bf was 2 years (well 1.5) younger and I think that's ok but I admit it felt weird sometimes.

Depends on the relationship and the people. I mean, there are certain legal issues if one is significantly younger than the age of majority, and the other is at or over it, but usually it depends on the individuals.

I've been in happy, long-term relationships with guys older than me. One was when I was 14 until I was 16, he was 17 to 19; the other I was age 16 to age 17, and he was age 20 to 21.

I'd say as a minor, maybe 1-2 years. It doesn't become so much of an issue the older you get

Usually, I think relationships are based on maturity. However, the law disagrees with my theory and so does the list of sexual offenders. I'd say a reasonable age would be 2-3 years at the most.

I completely agree. My parents are about two years apart but I don't consider dating a girl Ina grade lower or higher than mine.

this. providing of course it is not an adult trying to get with a teen or kid or whatever. then that is very pervy

1-2 years when u are like in early 20's and lower but after that age i think it would be fine for anyone like 5-8 years because they are older and not much difference then. I have a family friend they are 58 and 47 so 11 year difference.

with teenagers i'd say 1-2 years. but for 2 adults it can be a lot more.

I don't know the exact answer, but usually it's better to find someone closer to your age so theres no trouble from friends/family and you connect better. I would say maybe like 2-3 years. I don't think I would be with someone who is more than three years older than me right now.

I personally like someone older than me or more mature, so 2-4 years, but not more. It'd probably feel weird to date someone older than that. But my parents are 8 years apart.. I guess when you're adults it'll be different.

i think it depends how old you both are. but i think 1-2 years is ok for now. but i know some people who are older in uni and stuff and its different then.
