I'm talking about a major power all the sudden attacking another major country. I.E. Russia completely catching another [major] European country off guard and completely devastating them. Then other countries take Russia's side, the U.S. and possibly Canada gets involved, and all sides are ill-prepared for war.. U.S. would have to drag soldiers out of the Middle East and it would just fuck everything up.
