im 19 and my best mate is 20 and we are both in serious relationships with girls.
we used to masturbate in the same room when we were younger but never each other. when i wank alone i think about us two together and wanking and sucking each other but thats all no ass stuff.
i don't consider this to be wrong(cheating) if we had to do it.
any ideas how i can ask him?
am i gay? is it ok for us to do this at our age?

At 19, Id say thats a little older than the "experiment" age, where people do it and are simply considered to be curious. Whilst you may be curious, you are most likely done with puberty, your hormones will have sorted themselves out, and maybe you might have to accept that you are not 100% hetrosexual.
Something that supports this is the fact you have a girlfriend.Im pretty sure, if you were completely straight (which most people are not, interestingly) then you would not be having these sexual feelings towards your friend. Im not going to ask for the details, but if you havent been doing anything sexual with your girlfriend, then maybe you are subconsciously getting frustrated, and are seeing your friend, who has consented in the past, as a sort of cheap-fix? Im merely speculating here.
Would I consider this cheating? Yes, because you are doing something sexual with another person without the knowledge or consent of your girlfriend. Its down to you though. I wouldnt ask him unless you were sure that you were going to get a yes. If hes older now, his feelings about the last few years will have changed. And finally, its perfectly ok, at 19 and 20, to do it.

To be honest when it comes to your friends especially both being in a relationship, this isn't a line you want to cross. It can be very bad for you. He can be creeped out by the idea and completely ruin the the friendship with your best friend. People change as they get older and you can't use past events as a reason to do it now. He's 20, not a teen in puberty, and is in a completely different mindset.
If you don't consider it cheating, if your girlfriend found out would it bother you? Would it bother her? If she did sexual things with a girl would it bother you?
By going forward with this, you'd be risking messing up the friendship with your best friend and your girlfriend. I don't think its worth it.
Plus why are you looking to do something sexual with a guy when you're in a serious relationship? Is the relationship not sexually satisfying for you? Does it feel 'right' to have a girlfriend or are you more interested in guys?

both spot on, you are porberbly a bit old to still be expairimenting, but if you really want to do this with another guy, then your not 100% hetrosexual, which is not something to be ashamed of, if you think that your friend may say not, DO NOT ask him, or you risk fucking up your friendship, instead, find someone else to do it with, who want to do it with you
with the cheating bit, it really depends, if it is just jerking each other, i would say not, its not cheating, but if you go further to head etc, then it would be cheating,
