Discolor?

Hi, I was wondering if it is normal to have a slightly brown ring around my penis near the tip? Its small and doesn't hurt. Also is it normal to have a slightly darker scrotum than the rest of my skin? Thanks

Also I'm 13, 7" cut if it makes a difference.

if so, this may be your circumcision scar

the dark scrotum thing is completely normal. On some guys, the penis and/or the scrotum are a darker color than the rest of the skin. That's how it is for me!

Thanks everyone. And yea 7" is true. I didnt think much of it till my friends told me their size. Then i just lied and told them i was 6" cause i felt guilty : D

why the hell would u feel guilty of having a big penis, i know people who lie about it, make it bigger, but never a person that made it smaller

hehe thanks. i felt guilty cause id be bigger than my friends. The only thing id be worried about is that a girl would like it thicker rather than longer...i dont have much girth wise...

Girth also tends to come later in puberty, while length tends to come earlier, or at least so I've read.
