Im newly 19 im 6' 2" and have pit hair pub hair and butt hair. BUT!

I have small testicals, i dont hang and my penis is only 4.5 inch and a little thicker than my thumb.

Don't be scared, think how many millions of people who have the same size penis as you. If you were younger i would say wait until puberty's finished, but in your case i'm afraid you'll have to live with it. BUT you might still be growing through it, when did you start, it's unlikley but it's a chance. I wouldnt worry about it. If its 4.5 inches, then its 4.5 inches, nothing really can change that fact. I wouldnt be too gutted at that myself, its a reasonable length, and take heart in the fact that smaller penises pleasure more than large ones!
If your testicles are small its not the end of the world. For one, it doesnt mean you cant produce as much sperm, or, for that matter, pleasure someone as much as someone else with bigger ones.
If you are really worried, then Id discuss it with your girlfriend. If you have a gf who is really kind and caring, then she wont mind a bit. The only people that would mind are those that dont deserve to have anybody in life.

spot on, if that is your size, there is nothing you can do to change it, think about it, you came from your mum and your dad, mostly your dad, he probs has the same penis size as you, so your mum must have stuck with him long enough to at least get pregant, and so your dad with his small testicles and his small penis had sex to produce you, so your junk must work

if it is 4.5 u cant change it. like someone said above, she cant see it if it is in side of her. as long as u can ejaculate, i wouldnt worry about the testes size.
