Well...Firstly...Illegal, I really don't recommend having sex with him because first of all, he could take some serious jail time, so...Don't. Secondly, you really shouldn't be in a relationship with someone that much older than you, but that's not my business. But really, don't do it.

If you don't want to do it, don't do it. Just tell him no, and if he loves you and respects you, he'll drop it. All you have to do is say no.

Although like James said, he may be too old for you. In general, a small age gap isn't too big of a deal, but this is a 9 year difference. I can't help but wonder what 23 year-old wants to have sex with a girl who can't even drive yet. There's nothing wrong with you, but something may be a little wrong with him. Not to mention, if you have sex and your parents find out, they can charge him with statutory rape regardless of if you were consenting. He could do jail time, or face other consequences and I'm sure that kind of thing stays on his record. It's not my place to tell you who to date, but be careful with this guy.

Point is though, if you don't want to have sex, tell him so. No means no and he should respect that.

and id have to say that most guys that age who go out with an adolescent ... id have to wonder what else he would want out of it other than sex??

just think, if you are reallly not ready to have sex (apart from the fact that it would be illegal) then tell him, and he will either respect you or break up with you, but you are only 14 you might be heartbroken but you have a LONG, LONG time to go out with other people, be in lots of relationships, fall in love, its a part of life and you will learn that.

Yes I agree. I think you should wait a while, excuse me, a while, before you decide on having a sexual relations with this person. Remember it is your body and you decide whether or not you want someone to interfere with it.
