So I am clinically diagnosed with depression/anxiety now for a month or two and taking medicine, but I'm sick of it. But besides that does music play a big role in your life, I'm always happier when I'm listening to music, its the only thing in my life right now keeping my sanity. Without it, I would probably be died, was just wondering if music has had a huge impact on anyone else.

Listening to music is so incredibly important to me, if I wasn't able to I don't know what I'd do.
It always lifts my mood and distracts me when I'm feeling shitty.

I use it all the time to express myself. Normally hip hop music of that sort. Use it as a way of relating my feelings to the music.

You wouldn't feel happier or sane if you listened to the music I listen to.

Music, (Namely Rap and Eminem and INXS) is probably why I'm still here.
