How often do you have to go for 'quickies' like the times when you get so suddenly horny that you have to just do it in a way where you just go for the orgasm (i.e those sessions where you rub like your on a 'mission')?

It might be my age or just hormones but i find that i tend to have to do this[get spontaneous urges] a few times a week a side from routine m-bating and wondered if i do it too much or if this is normal.

Its like when i normally do it I tend to take my time and let it build...but when i get the sudden urges its like I dont even want to take it slow cuz I am literally almost 'there'. Just started getting that this summer. It's like I'm doing stuff with my friends and and then "Hey hang on, I gotta go do somethin".
