do you have to work out during puberty to keep weight off? Do people have to work out to be fit?

I don't have the motivation nor time to work out. Sorry, but I am fairly skinny so to keep weight off...no.

Me too. And sometimes I can eat a hell of a lot and not really suffer from weight gain.

It helps, but if your like me and have a good matabalism. LOL. You wouldn't need to do much excercise, but we still do P.E. and i enjoy it so i don't really work out, just excercise that's all you need. lol

I dont work out to put off weight. Im not skinny, but Im not fat, maybe more on the fat side. I get lots of excercise though, and am athletic. Im pretty fit. You DO have to work out sometimes or get some exercise to stay fit. If youre a couch potato even for a few days, you become weaker. (personal experience) I go through lots of training and excercise to be where I am today. Personally, Id rather be fatter, because fat is stored energy, so if you went exercising, you should have more endurance if youre fit. Anyway, its best to stay fit to be healthy.

I work out :D
Do people have to work out to be fit?
No, people don't have to work out with weights to be fit, but their muscles need to be strong enough, so they should exercise at least, even with yoga, Pilate's, aerobics, or resistance
and it takes a lot more to be fit, like a healthy diet, having healthy habits, good hygiene, etc
working out (weight training, i.e. resisitance training) is just a common thing to do

I only very occaisonally work out, and I'm am so skinny it's stupid, but everyone's different, so some may need to do active things to keep their weight in check.
