It may sound a little weird ... but for example , when somebody hits you (by accident) they hurt a lot ... I mean , you feel them ... harder??

Well , I don't know how to explain it ... :D

Most of the time I feel them hard but there have been times I only noticed by looking or feeling them.

When it's really cold outside I can feel them press against my bra or top.

Wierd. Cause mine has a certain inner sensation when they get hard for horny reasons. When its cold and they get hard I can feel them poking the fabric of my clothes. But mine are pretty sensitive. Thats maybe the difference

You touch it and feels harder. Also you can see it's not flat... when not in bra, I can even feel it getting hard, it feels a bit tense. I'm not sure how could you not feel the difference.

Maybe it is a sensitivity issue or something. I can feel mine push on my bra or tee if m wearing tighter tee but sometimes if its a loose top I don't really feel them hard but see them poking out lol And if I'm not wearing a top its a bit harder to feel but sorta like a tensing up feeling.
