I play soccer and have recently been plagued by multiple injuries caused by not stretching properly. I would like to know if anybody has a good pre-match stretching regime that works well.

VT General Hospital  Sports and Fitness
I understand that it is related to the general hospital because of your injuries, but seeing as you're asking for stretching techniques I think this is better suited in sports and fitness.

The stretches maybe specific to your injuries - but in general a good warm up and setting time for them is important -
Can your coach or trainers help?

I don't play sports. But because my physical disability puts a strain on my muscles tendons, so the more i stretch the better i walk and the less sore i am. Stretching isn't fun though, it hurts to do it.
