ok so I just turned 14 a month ago and my penis looks to be bigger and feels bigger but when I measured it, it came to be the same size which was 6.4 inches. am I seeing things or did i just measure it wrong?

i dont think you are measuring it wrong and i dont think you are seeing things because we tend to swell a little more when we are really excited

I think it could be because your girth went up and length didn't, but any of the explanations above are possible.

I don't think you measured wrong, the more ... aroused you get ( or anyone for that matter ) the bigger it gets, somtimes you get a little larger than normal if you're extra aroused.
