well i just turned 16. I am only like 5 foot 4. i have some facial hair and a little armpit hair. my penis is a little over 6 inches. i was wondering if i am done with puberty? my voice did not change yet. i was also wondering if my penis will grow bigger?

Puberty doesn't finish until when you're around 18-19, so i'd say that you still have abit to grow until you finish puberty.
