mutual masturbation is a normal thing for boys or girls to experiment with, but it does not make you gay. the possibility of you being gay is if you feel as though you were developing feelings or an attraction to the other boy.

Well obviously mutual masturbation with another guy is something that is more likely to appeal to someone who is gay than someone who is not but I don't think, of itself, it is a particularly strong indication of being gay. I am sure lots of people do it and then go on to pursue straight relationships.
