Shaving there can cause chafing, just a warning. Just do whatever you feel most comfortable with. I mean, it's a hard area to shave, and honestly, that hair is there for a reason.

-If so, how do you do it? In the shower. I clean the area well then foam it up real good. The then i start shaving from away from the centre. Once its all smooth i rinse the area down and dry it. After that i put some talcum powder on the area.
