This shit is sickening. They should all be jailed for desecration of human remains.

Ohh for fuck sake....for shit fucking sake....hold me back...keep me away. Not again, I can't take it again, don't to it Donald, don't make me read about humanity again.....
On a more serious note, this is sickening, they should all be slowly totprtured to death.....with blunt spoons.....in front of there familys.
But that's just the opinion if someone filled with hate at the world.

So ignorant of the airport security for not doing their job right. Then according to the story, one of the workers laughed as he was cleaning the ashes up. :(

Was there any garunteed evidence it was opened and spilled by the agents and not just an accident in flight or handling.

Well, at least the guy will always have his mother be a part of him. (Or at least, his clothing).

I'm pretty sure the suit wont get far however, if I understand the powers of the TSA correctly.

Did you even read the article? TSA left a note in the bag.
This is pretty bad, to be honest. Completely unjustified actions by the TSA.

If you can't laugh at the world at it's worst, when can you? Persoanlly, when I read this story I half laughed and half got filled with rage at the pathitic life forms I share a planet with.

I've never been too bothered by this stuff because...well...it seems rather obvious why. after I'm dead I won't care what happens to my remains, whether it's organ donation or cannibalism or my ashes getting snorted by a TSA agent who mistook them for heroin. that and I've always thought relatives saving the deceased's ashes is a bit creepy and morbid. just bury them and pay your respects at their grave.
no offense to anyone who feels differently. I just think we should worry more about those who are still living.

I don't really care what's done to me after the fact either, it has more to do with the family's method of coping. And he was on the way to spread the ashes, no?

I'd love to say that I'm surprised, but I've never flown home from the USA without my case being opened. 4 times I've had stuff broken because it wasn't put back in the way i packed it -_-

Oh that's fucked up!
That's real fucked up!
What dafuq?!
This is really sickening. Plus if I read correctly, the guard laughed?
This is ridiculous, it was his deceased family's ashes! This ain't right! I hope that guard burns. Then we'll shit on his ashes.
Ok....maybe not, but at least have some respect to the man. He must've been really depressed for a long time.
Tsa really needs to find better people. At least have respect
